De Allied Telesis CentreCOM FS980M serie switches bieden efficiënte Fast Ethernet connectiviteit voor de edge van het netwerk. Deze Layer 3 switches, met het AlliedWare Plus™ besturingssysteem, ondersteunen centraal management door middel van het Autonomous Management Framework™ (AMF), hoge beschikbaarheid door gebruik te maken van Ethernet Protection Switched Ring™ (EPSRing) en bieden daarnaast een uitgebreide set aan security features. PoE+ levert stroom voor o. a. IP Camera's, Wireless Access points en IP telefonie toestellen. Dit en nog veel meer mogelijkheden maken het de ideale access switches voor alle hedendaagse netwerken. De AT-FS980M/28DP biedt 24 x 10/100TX PoE+-poorten, 4 x 100/1000X SFP-uplink/stacking-poorten en dubbele fixed power supplies voor optimale redundantie van de voeding.
